How to Write an Argument Essay

How to Write an Argument EssayWriting an argument essay is no simple task. You have to research carefully for the information you need to put into a convincing argument. In this article I will discuss a few ways to make your essay more effective.Research is the key - While researching for facts and information about a topic, do you think you could find an interesting title? Have you ever researched the topic before putting pen to paper? Most people skip this step and are too preoccupied with writing an argument essay to look for something interesting to write about. If you have some information you would like to include in your essay, skip the research and find an interesting title. But that doesn't mean it's not important to research.Don't research with your eye closed! The last thing you want to do is to write a great essay and then forget to include all the facts you would have written if you had actually done your research. The first thing you should do is make a list of facts ab out the topic. Also write down facts you found on the internet. There is an effective way to eliminate the feeling of being too rushed. Have you ever thought about using something called a filler paragraph? Here's a useful filler paragraph to help you keep a cool head and avoid ramming the facts into your essay. The 'fillers' are in the first three sentences. These are really very simple sentences. They simply provide more information that isn't factually correct and do not provide any actual argument.First sentence: The 'fillers' are a filler because they are not a part of your argument. They simply provide more information, but are not a part of your argument. They are in this paragraph to show you how your argument might be formed. Second sentence: The third sentence is your actual argument! An effective argument cannot be based on factual information alone. An argument needs to be supported by facts, examples, and even personal experiences. However, no matter how impressive your fa cts and sources are, they must be stated in an interesting way to create an effective argument.
